10-Day India Retreat and Sacred Sites Tour
Settle at an Ayurveda Clinic and Yoga Training Center near the sacred city of Rishikesh, India.
The Center is situated on the holy land of Vedas and Saints and the spiritual divine power of Uttarakhand, between Haridwar and Rishikesh, near the Hymalayan foothills, charged with the healing and spiritual energy of the Ganges River. It is surrounded by forests and mountains. This is a beautiful place for those who want to connect with their inner-being and empower themselves by transforming their lives. At this place, people can find freedom to express their emotions and reconcile their physical pain.
The Center is run by a group of caring and nurturing Ayurvedic Doctors, Technicians, Yoga Teachers and Healers who are able to create an environment where people can find peace of mind and repair their bodies through different treatments, yoga classes, and home made Ayurvedic/vegetarian meals.
The Center provides simple and clean single and shared rooms with private bathrooms, kitchen and dinning room, outside green areas to walk and exercise, a treatment clinic, a gift store, a library, and an auditorium that can hold 200 to 250 people at a time where yoga classes and events take place throughout the year.
At the Center, guests will be able to chose from a variety of Ayurvedic treatments, rejuvenation therapies (Panchakarma), Yoga classes, and retreats that form a complete system of medicine. Guests will understand the connection between Yoga and Ayurveda as well as the mind-body connection and the importance of keeping themselves in balance.

* Round-trip airfare to and from India, including airfare to New Delhi and Dehradun.
