In December of 2018, InnerWellbeing became partner with PDI Ayurvedic Health Resorts in India to provide classes, workshops, and retreats year round.

Claudia works as a professional personal development coach based in Dallas, Texas, USA. She is the founder of InnerWellbeing Life Coaching. She is Board certified Associate Prevention Specialist by the Texas Certification Board of Addiction Professionals. She focuses on prevention and Self-Enquiry through social-emotional regulation and client empowerment to lower the individual's intention to use unhealthy coping mechanisms.
She combines principles of Western psychology and the wisdom of Yoga psychology.
Claudia holds certifications in psychological first aid and has training and experience in working with multicultural groups and survivors of domestic violence and human rights violations.
Claudia studies a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is currently a Counseling Intern with the counseling department of an organization helping survivors of domestic violence and human rights violations. She focuses on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, a form of psychotherapy that helps individuals become aware of limiting beliefs while increasing self-awareness.
Claudia's unique approach to life coaching starts from the basis of knowing your true Self-- the most important part of your existence. The true Self is pure consciousness. Only by becoming aware and turning inward, you can master your mind and achieve Self-realization. Fear caused by social conditioning of the mind is the number one block to knowing your true Self and find realization.
Claudia has been practicing Yoga and Meditation for more than 10 years. She obtained certifications as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500) and Certified Ayurveda Counselor and Life Coach with training in India and the United States.
A former international law attorney with a Masters in International Law, Claudia has formal training and more than 20 years of experience in mediation, negotiations, and human rights advocacy of minority groups and multicultural populations. She worked as a Career Adviser to international graduate students at a local law school while also working as an international law consultant.

Yoga Psychology, Yoga Philosophy, life skills, psychology of addiction, substance abuse prevention, and personal development.
