KNOW YOUR TRUE SELF.
Your true Self is the most important part of your existence. To know your true Self, you have to turn inwards and realize that you observe from your Self. Your true Self is pure consciousness. When you are centered in consciousness, the curtain pulled down by the mind becomes irrelevant and you become free.

Claudia Carballal works as a Life Coach in Dallas, Texas, USA.
She studies a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at SMU, with a concentration on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an evidence-based therapy that promotes mindfulness and reduces excessive or maladaptive thoughts, producing benefits on mental health and well-being through neurobiological mechanisms.
Claudia's unique approach to life coaching starts from the basis of knowing our true Self-- the most important part of our existence. To know our true Self is to understand that we are pure consciousness and, as such, the only way to achieve permanent realization is to turn inwards and to realize that we see from the Self. Fear caused by the mind is the number one block to Self-knowledge and true realization.
Claudia has been practicing Yoga and Meditation for more than 10 years. She obtained certifications as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher
